I am about to learn how to build a minisite. Can someone give an idea and suggest me where to get minisite building tutorial?

I'm also searching for good minisite creators. Should I search for the software or the service that caters minisite?

minisite?
Is that a small website? or a website about mini cars?

I assume its a minor site of the main product site. So you could use any HTML editor (software) to create one. There are a large number of free editors available try here:
free html editors software downloads and reviews - CNET Downloads

To host it you will require is a basic hosting account to upload your new minisite to.
