Affiliate Directories

I've finally set up my program and I'm now looking to sign-up affiliates.

Can somebody suggest some quality directories that are worth submitting to? Also, is there value in the paid vs. free listings?

And while I wouldn't dream of doing any self-promotion, the program is on the Jim Clemmer site in my signature

Why don't you opt CB, CJ, Linkshare etc? They are very good affiliate networks.
