Just started an affiliate program – feedback needed

We have just started an affiliate program on our website High return giving open financial affiliate program by DebtCC

This is one of the things that we are very new at and don’t have much idea. It would be great if you all could please give some feedback that can help us improve.

Two issues

The first, and one which would prevent me from EVER signing up to your program is 20 leads generated BEFORE getting paid out. That is an appallingly high number just to get paid your commissions. I suggest at $25 you pay every month on the first on the month even if only one lead. Your page header claims a Caring Affiliate program - 20 leads is not caring - it is holdiong onto money affiliate have earned.

Second - if your linking code lands people on your home page, again i would not join - is there a special page they land on so they are encouraged to sign up there and then??
