"Super" affiliates generally don't look in affiliate directories for programs to promote. Generally you'll be getting people just starting out with affiliate marketing from directories.

To really get experienced affiliates you'll just have to seek them out and try and recruit them. Also, get involved with forums and blogs and contribute (don't just spam your program info, but contribute useful discussion or dialog). Perhaps you'll catch the eye of a affiliate who'll check out your program.

Also, generally "super" affiliates don't jump in with a new program. You'll have to slowly build your program up, and prove that it'll be profitable.
