Where do I start?

You should probably post our site for review in the website review forum, as that will get you a lot of the information you're looking for.

My first thought on hitting your main page was that you sold in Asia. I'm in TX, so why would I stay?

home page doesn't say what it is you do ????

After I clicked around I found out exactly what it is,

I really like the 'how it works' page, I would use this format on the home page to get the message over straight away.

The testimonials are great, but have them down the side not at the very top of the page,

The service items and pre-guarantee - doesn't make a whole lot of sense when you first read them??

A good start, just needs a few mods

Yea, you should try to be more straightforward about your service. Also, the layout has an uncomfy feel to me, which could cause people to just click right away.

it all comes down to your copy if your not givin away the benefits to someone if they use your service...what good is your product or service anyway...

fix this up and you will get more sales....i guarentee it...then just keep testing new things or website layouts and you will be able to increase sales ever more....a little bit of work yes...but you do want sales dont you???

Hiya

You have a great theme that should attract you much organic traffic.

As for converting the traffic;
To have mention of Valentines Day on your site from 14th Feb onward is inviting leakage before your visitors have had a chance to digest any of your offers. Similarly, the Valentines day image you have on your promotion page, even though you have the promotion billed up to 28th Feb, you will not persuade anyone that it is Valentines day related so late in the Month.

Why not use the two images you have at the base of your Homepage much higher up with a " From this - we create this" type of message. Something as simple as that if presented warmly (colors and text) could help shift your visitors state from "browse" to "buy" mode once at the site. You offer an excellent service, but your homepage is your shop window jackwu, you must tidy it up and make PEOPLE want to be there. Opel is right in that your testimonials are in the wrong place, move them off to the side of the page or give them their own discreet link > page.

You are considering affiliate marketing (placement of this post/the button in your global nav) you should pursue this, it can be a great avenue to a long term revenue stream, or a route to building up a solid customer base in quick time. Plus, you will have the benefit of your affiliates (if you work closely with them) helping you to optimise your site ongoing by letting you know what THEY find effective.

Wishing you well!
