Commission Junction Vs Linkshare

Hello all,

A brand I market products for on www.carametis.com signed up with both Linkshare and CJ.
The commission, terms, products, links.. are the same.

Basically i want to know, with you experience, which company will give you less trouble in terms of payment delays and which has the best customer service.

As a whole, Google, CJ and Linkshare are really bad at communicating and responding to user emails. They are so worried about maintaining the security and secrecy regarding their so-called software technology that they won't even tell you who they think has been mis-using their links.

Linkshare accused one of my sites of click fraud. They would not explain why they thought that, they dropped my account, and I have still got absolutely no idea who or what the heck they were really complaining about.

CJ lately is not responding to affiliate applications, nor to emails regarding them, so I frankly wouldn't deal with them either!

Is there anyone in the S/E industry who knows how to communicate in a real and personal manner, rather than by a generic and useless form letter??

Thank you Netace, I knew the problem with Google...

Linkshare have been quite good up to know in responding because i have been dealing with the Affiliate manager direct, I also contacted their customer services over the phone hand have not been put on wait for hours and talk to someone, but i suppose the crunch time will come around payment time or when problems arise...

Any one else has experience in dealing with both these companies?
