Bettle-clickbank vs paydotcom-affiliate program marketplace

On march 21 night i was shocked to know that one of my clickbank hoplink is not working with adword because the product no longer exists in clickbank database.But it was #2 ranked product under B2B category of clickbank.After a little bit enquiry i've come to know that thedatajob.com now operates on paydotcom.com. I was not familiar with paydotcom.com ; so i opened an a/c (free) with paydotcom and found that it is more advanced in some aspects than clickbank.like-

1)Clickbank does not give informations like raw clicks,unique hits,conversation ratio,tools etc.If you are a serious affiliate marketer,you know how much vital these info are!

2)Clickbank does not give tools like email letters,ezine letters,articles,safelist letters,fly in ad code,email signature,forum signature,pop codes etc.But paydotcom gives.

3)Clickbanks payment is tedious,through check mailed after 15 days of pay period and 10% deduction as allowance bonuses but paydotcom is fast and instant;through paypal.

4)Clickbank transfers fund to bank a/c only if you have earnings over 5000$ for that pay period but paydotcom do that happily even your earning is 5$.

5)Adword conversation traking code on 'thank you' page in case of clickbank is vendor specific but paydotcom supports it for every vendors.

After analysing these i e-mailed to clickbank in details(3 times thereafter)but no response from them.
What you think? Is paydotcom is going to overcome clickbnak?Why clickbank is unaware of these ?
