Searching For Sites - Harvesting Contact Info?

Is there a way, or program that can be used to crawl specific sites and gather contact information in order to contact them for a link exchange?

I came across this site and it appears to do what I am looking for. http://www.affiliatefinderpro.com/

Are there other programs like this? I don't want to send mass mails to sites, I just want a list that I can pick and choose from.

Yes there are several. Superaffiliategenerator and Arelis are 2 that come to mind. Google affiliate recruiting software and link exchange software and you will find more.
