new affiliate programme

I posted here a while ago asking for good ways to promote our new affiliate programme when it was being built!, it's now launched, details it is:

Any one know of any good areas to promote this?

Hi Joe,

Congrats on getting the program launched. Looks good.

I do affiliate program PR for a living so here are some ideas. Some affiliate forums allow free or paid program announcements you just need to find the ones that do. Search for "affiliate forums" on Google. Some allow a new program announcement and others don't. I mod several affiliate forums and a couple do allow blatant new program ads. Read the rules, some you have to have a certain # of posts, one you have to pay for some don't allow even a sig, it just depends on the forum. My own 5 Star Affiliate forum is one that allows affiliate program announcements.


Also go do a post on the UK affiliate forums & diretory. They should really like this one and lots of strong affiliates hang out there. http://www.a4uforum.co.uk/index.php

Thanks for the response, I'll get my affiliate on these sites right now!

Its goign well so far though...already had 4 people sign up, only launched on monday so pleased with progress to date...

Any other tips most welcome...
