Home Based Business recommendations?

Hi all
I just launched my directory/home page site which includes affiliate marketing and Home Based Business opps. Can anyone recommend a LEGIT, real, profitable home based business which offers an affiliate program, and/or if there are affiliate programs that can draw traffic to a website?

Sorry but there are thousands of answers to that question, plus every affiliate has success with different types of programs. They also don't share the good programs on a public forum - it just creates more competition.

Well that Q threw me a little. Typically it's the affiliate that drives traffic to the merchant, not the other way around.

I was looking for home based businesses that are not MLM and fed by people recruiting people. Perhaps I should have said "work from home" opps.

Regarding my traffic question, my site is not the typical affiliate site. I offer a free search engine "business" with a free, downloadable web portal so anyone can have a free website hosted to do whatever they please (including a search engine).
I wondered what would be the best strategy to get the word out without spamming or expensive advertising...

With so many work-at-home business opportunities around these days finding a legitimate program is like finding a needle in a haystack. I have found a company who has tried 100's of different work-at-home programs over a 6 month period and then posted the top 3 legitimate programs. This site has helped me tremendously. It is not people recruiting people....It is people helping people...and it has been doing so for nearly a decade...

Rather than fighting against, or being in competition all the time, why wouldn't we team up and leverage our strengths in order to benefit together....

Of course, this type of thing is not for everybody...So, take a moment to check out this forum and perhaps you will find something that works for you.. I wish you the best of luck
