Full resell rights

I was wondering, there are billions of sites out there that offer software/ebooks that you can't test but you buy and have resell rights for them and that theoretically can help you increase affiliate commission or traffic to your website. While I beleive 90% of them are not interesting I can't say that I'm not curious of what they contain.

Anyway, I wanted to know if there is a place where these are offered as free (because if those have resell rights I know that some also can be given as free) or I wanted to propose such a section on this website for people that wanted to share this with us :).
