Affiliate Goals for 2004???

Anyone have any affiliate marketing goals or new years resolutions they want to share? You know what they say... If you write down your goals, you are more likely to achieve them. If you tell another, your goals become more solid. If you share your goals with the entire WebProWorld they are BOUND to happen!!!

My goals as an AM consultant are to:
1) Publish more articles
2) Cross link with more sites
3) Help even more affiliates to make even more money.

So????????? What are yours?

As I am new to the affiliate world, my personal goals for our affiliate program is:

1. Add more products to the program
2. Build relationships with my affiliates and interact with them more often
3. Create more exciting programs for affiliate marketing to generate energy and activities throughout the year
4. Sales! Sales! Sales!
5. Payout more affiliate commission checks

My goals are simple:

Make my average per month the same or better than this month

Make enough for a check from at least half of the merchants I use:)

Towards the end of '04, do a minimum take-home of $10,000 a week. ... And, to outbeat the Askmen.com boys. ;-)

And, to grow hair on my head.

Scratch that last one.

- Build another Affilaite Programs Directory,
- Expand my main website,
- Earn over $3,000 a month by the end of 2004,
- And so on,...

Just 2 goals for me.

1. To increase profit from affilate and advertising each month in line with my 2004 projectoins.

2. To diversify the incoming revenue streams to become less dependant on Adsense and our PPC search results provider.

Okay I cheated a tad and waited to see how Jan panned out before posting mine...but here we go

1. Generate 50% of the company revenue from Affiliate Marketing
2. Send out a $10,000 commission cheque outside of the Christmas shopping season
3. Offer more support services for partners
4. Build our AM team to 10 people (now 6)
5. Set up my first Asia (Asian language) focused program.
6. Get everyone with quality traffic to make quality sales and good commission

Okay haven't been on in a bit, but here are our goals for '04.

1. Begin publicly offering affiliate marketing management outside our current clients.
2. Launch production version of our in-house tracking system.
3. Expand our marketing & development staff
4. Generate over $200,000 in gross AM generated monthly sales for our.

A month has gone and I just wanted to say that my goals are heading in the right direction. January was a very good month and hopefully February will be even better.

I like that one ;-) Top commission check in Dec was over 9K so some good money to be made!

I just launched my zzounds.com website and now working on a satellite dish affiliate site up in a couple of months.

My goal is to have 5-6 websites up by the end of the year...currently: 2. :)

Also to be making $3000 per month by the end of the year!

Wow!!! Congratulations guys!!!

I am reading $3.000 per month and more and more,...
really congratulations.

I believe I will be making such money one day, but for the end of this year 2004 my goal is:

To earn £500 (about $1.000)/monthly with my VWD biz + some more money with my 2 online sportsbooks I am affiliate of, so I can quit my current job and stay with my little son at home and have more time for my University studies and our house reconstruction.

I know I can make it and I will achive that!

We are still in 2004 so hope I am not too late to chime in. :)

1. Generate 20% of the company revenue from Affiliate Marketing
2. Work with partners to increase overall program conversion rate
3. Offer more marketing support for partners
4. Offer more products in program
5. Maintain open communication with partners
6. Send out a $5,000 check
7. Continue to enjoy working with all of you
