hidden referrer

Hi,

In statistics of my web site, I see some of the visitors that come to my site have "hidden refferer" as the referring URL. I wonder if these visitors clicks my affiliate links and made transactions, do I have credit for the sales?

Is there something we could do?

Hi shilmy,

I'm not sure, but I can only assume if the referrer info is blocked then the user may have some type of firewall or other program blocking the referrer info and maybe cookies too. Just guessing, I have not run into this before.

Thanks for bringing it up. Anyone else seen this in their logs? Any ideas?
