Hello guys,

Does it still make sense to start a newsletter and promote affiliate programs in it?

I read somewhere that due to the surpression list nightmare you can only promote a affiliate program in the sponsored ads in your newsletter if that person opted out to that brand.

Does that mean I can not write articles for my newsletter and promote (presell) it in them?

Please let me know. Iam not sure what to do...

Hi Kees,

Any type of email marketing these days is pretty tricky. Every affiliate program has their own set of rules so you really need to read their TOS.
