Smiley Central [funwebproducts] affiliate program?

I am getting mass hits for an undeveloped page for the keywords:

smiley images
free smiley
free smiley images

..all in top 10 results of various search engines.

However, my page has no free smileys, so I am looking for the Smiley Central affiliate program that everyone seems to be signed up with.

Can someone direct me to it?

Sorry, I just did about 10 searches and could not find it. I can usually find anything. Alot of affilaites are promoting it, but I can't find the sign up anywhere.

..hmm, maybe I should just find some time to collect some smileys?

..does anyone know where I can get some to add them to my site?

FWP says that they are not spyware in their EULA, but perhaps cookies keep their ads alive once you've visited the site...
as to an afiliate, there is no mention. you could probably just add a pic/link, if you really feel the need...
