Manager, Affiliate Marketing

Join a private equity-backed premier provider of market research services and a leader in the application of online quantitative research as the “Manager, Affiliate Marketing” to work from our Corporate Headquarters in Hollywood, California. The position will report to the Executive Director of Online Community and will assist with the development and execution of affiliate marketing initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing the overall strategy for attracting, maintaining and growing the affiliate program
- Recommend affiliate software and subcontractors such as web & ad designers
- Supervise creative agency to create new links, banners and other marketing materials for affiliate websites
- Test, identify and implement highest converting creative and landing pages
- Coordinate technical integration and creative needed for adding new affiliates to program
- Advertise affiliate program in specialized websites
- Research, identify and recruit new affiliates
- Respond and resolve all affiliate inquiries
- Control fraud
- Report monthly commission information to the accounting department
- Make sure affiliates are paid on time
- Coordinate fulfillment of special affiliate creative requests
- Monitor affiliate network and internal tracking and identify/resolve any discrepancies
- Analyze monthly reports and include performance recommendations
- Compose and distribute recruitment and affiliate newsletters
- Identify and contact high potential affiliates and work closely with them to maximize their revenue generating potential
- Offer premium commission for additional placements to the top affiliates

This position will be responsible for successfully launching the affiliate program and developing alternative creative ways to acquire new members.

Experience:
2+ years relevant experience as affiliate manager on the advertiser or the publisher side:
* Experience with and knowledge of leading affiliate marketing software and networks
* Significant experience interpreting campaign results
* Proficient with Excel spreadsheets (expert)
