Starting a new affiliate program and...

We are revamping our site and plan to start an aff program. We need an affordable solution.

Do you know of some decent hosted script? Or one we can host ourselves?

We know affs look for third parties such as shareasale or cj, etc. But we need some targeted affs and will get them one by one, in fact we already have some contacts.
