pharma website affiliate issues, plz help!

Currently affiliated to a supplier who has credit problems, so looking to change.
Other problem is google and overture are restrictive to non US pharma businesses, (VIPP seal required and have to be USA based)
How do I get round this problem?
I thought about advertising on another 2nd tier ppc, but don't really want to do that.
Best bet is to register myself in USA, and get a VIPP seal supplier..can this be accomplished?..will google let me in?

HI and welcome to the forums. Are you sure you want to promote RX programs??? Most of the affiliates I know have dropped them due to all the legal issues and the fact that so many have been shut down, leaving affiliate commissions unpaid.

There are lots of high paying legal affiliate programs out there you could pursue instead.
