Highest paying instant cash programs question

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any affiliate programs
that pay instantly or in 2-3 days via pay pal or direct deposit.

I am refering to quality programs that have a good track record of customer service with good products.

During May and June, Marlon Sanders of "Hits 'n' Cash" fame had a "pay affiliates daily" promotion for his legions of affiliates. The May promotion inspired people to sell sell sell so he ran the promotion again in June. I would suggest sending an email to his organization to see if he is still running this pay daily promotion.
