affiliate program for directory service

I would like to set up a affiliate program for our directory service. I would like to achive the following.

I have been hiring several SEO companies to start promoting www.444.net and expending on a group of humans to build up strategicly the PR of the directory. currently in alexa around 1800 and receiving 500.000 pages a day.

I would like to set up a affiliate network to sell priority listings in the directory and to pay affiliates per visitr that they bring to the site that visits one of thes priority's.

Could someone advice me which affiliate company would be goed to work with to set up such sales.

Hi Danny,

We are currently setting up a PPC program for City Search, similar to what you are thinking about. We are using Directtrack. But there are lots of issues with PPC programs and we are still in the process of determining the best model and pricing structure.
