Welcome to WPW and thanks for sharing your program with us.

For being new to our world you sure did a couple things right! Long cookies, high commission and 800 tracking should earn you some loyal affiliates.

The only question mark I have is your tracking. Are you saying you are using OS Commerce for affiliate tracking? I don't know how good that solution is, only know that affiliates tend to trust the tried and true affiliate tracking programs best.

If I were you I would check out www.ShareaSale.com I think your program would be very popular there.

Maybe Cedric or one of our other affiliates would comment on OS. If it's not broken, don't fix it, but I just never hear of any GREAT programs using it and it sounds like you are putting lots of effort into making this program GREAT!

You are right about us trying to produce the best affiliate program for our sites.

With OS Commerce, it allows us to manage the affiliate program just like any other programs such as the MyAffiliate software. However, we like this one because it allows our in-house programming team to add features and customize the back-end to the way that works best for us and for our affiliates. I think affiliates will find their Account Management admin area very user friendly and easy to use. That's our objective.
