A lot of time will be saved if you describe your links (themes, etc.) a bit more because many will
not be rushing to get links from those sites unless suitable for them.

Isn't the PR and niche the most important description? What do you mean by theme? It's not a blog. Just a website on business and finance. The domain is >7 years old.
