Looking for Spanish-Latin American traffic??

We have a PR 4 site, with more than 1500 unique visits per day. I sell 1000 impressions of top banner 728x90px at €0,40.
A day of exclusivity for €6,00.
A month of exclusivity for €150,00.

CTR has been up to 1,8% for this banner, but depends on the quality of it.

50% of our traffic comes from Spain, Mexico and Argentina.
