Invoices Made Easy is about to start beta testing it's ad publishing system in the next week or so. We are looking for 20 - 30 relevant ads to try out our system. Our site targets small business owners, typically sole-proprietors. We want ads such as tax advice/preparation, web design/hosting, business consulting, and anything else that might be useful to small businesses.

Our site currently generates about 1,000 pageviews from about 150 visitors per day. We make no guarantees with respect to number of impressions, click-thru rates, or anything else for that matter. Those are exactly the things we are trying to discover for ourselves before we start charging real dollars.

We will accept text or image ads, but the image ads must compliment the site and be no larger than 468x60. We *might* consider a few leaderboard ads (728x90). Absolutely no animated images, flash, pop-up, pop-under, pop-whatever, or anything else that might annoy our customers instead of giving them something that might be useful.

Of course, Invoices Made Easy reserves the right to reject any ad from anyone for any reason whatsoever. Period.

We also expect a little from you in return. We're new to ad publishing, so we need to know what kinds of reports you need, how often, and how we compare to your other advertising mediums. We will be tracking impressions and clicks, but we expect you to track referrals and conversions (to the best of your ability). We also need you to be patient if we encounter a few problems.

So if you have a product or service that might be useful to small businesses nationwide, and you don't mind being a beta-tester, let us know.

First the part about not guaranteeing anything is a negative sales pitch, and you are turning off any potential buyers. If you cannot stand behind the fact that the site is drawing human business targeted visitors, few people except true newbies, will buy your service.

If you go to the fish market the man sellling fish does not scream "stinky smelly bad fish for sale" .....neither should you

Next where did you devise the idea that selling invoicing services and selling ad space from the same website, was a good idea??

The first ad I see, offers your competitors services.

I've yet to see McDonalds selling Burger Kings burgers......

You would be better off locking up the garden walls, and start capturing e-mail addresses for re-marketing.
