Text Link Ads - Variety of Sites - Page Rank

I have 4 websites that I am selling text links on. You will receive one text link on the homepage of each website. If you would like to know the website URLs and or stats, please message me. The package is priced at $39 via paypal monthly subscription.

PR 4: Personal/Work & Life Balance (2 dmoz listings)
PR 3: Mortgages
PR 3: Philosophy Research (4 dmoz listings)
PR 3: Physics of Flying

(note: This last PR update was lower than usual. The sites will likely bounce back to 4 or 5 within the next few months. Your rates will not increase when they do.)
I am looking for advertisers that want to boost their PR and want to advertise for more than 1 month. A limit of 12 text links will be accepted.

All sites must be rated G and have at least a PR of 1
