Nice concept, but I think your the point of donation is a little unrealistic.

Until you reach the $1 million, wich may or may not happen, what is done with the funds that are intended for donation in the meantime. Is it collecting interest, if so is that added to the donation?

You should give a timeframe for acheiving the $1 million or a definitive timeframe that a smaller donation will be made.

I'm sure your intentions are good, but unfortunately lacks credibility.

Maybe if an unbiased third party was brought in to administer the funds collected it would be better. Also you should have the charities already selected and get an endorsement from them.
