I'm trying to create a resource/ advertising directory as well as an affiliate program for http://thecabinethardwarezone.com

We are basically looking for partners/affiliates in the Home Improvement, Interior Design, Kitchen, Bath, and Door industries. We don't necessarily want to build a massive link and affiliate structure; Rather partner with and accept affiliates from related website businesses, as well as create a resource directory for our online consumers. The resource directory will only feature websites we review and, after discussing with website owner or webmaster, trust to refer our consumers to.

We are currently building up a partner/link/affiliate policy, but I'm posting here to get some feedback or even interested parties. There is a form online where you can tell us a little about yourself, and we will contact you as soon as possible. Or you can post here your ideas, comments or critiques.

We want this to be a friendly family of incoming links and resource built on trust and business advantage. I would greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions as to how we can best make this model work.
