African American website, PR 4 looking for ad buyers

I have an African American/urban oriented website that provides content on issues of black wealth building, stock investing, credit repair, debt management and small business issues. The site has a PR of 4 and is growing as content is constantly expanding.

I don't have any sponsors, just affiliates on my homepage. I am willing to remove all affiliate banners from my homepage in favor of one or two non-competing sponsors and to ensure that all content pages have links to sponsors on them.

Pricing - $25pm for 3mos. or $200 per year.

I run a site called www.CreditFN.com, what can you do for advertising for me? Where would the links be placed? And at what cost?
