I am looking to buy an established computer tips related website, or anything close to something like this - which I plan to build on for my own projects. Must have a PR of at least 3-4, and it must be fully transferrable immediately with domain ownership and everything. I will be using my own hosting for it (existing hosting account does not interest me).
