Internet Radio Ad Buy?

Has any forum member considered an Internet Radio advertising buy? Thoughts? My client is looking for demographic data before a media buy but I failed to find details on specific Internet radio stations. I'm looking for a directory, portal, etc. that has this sort of information. Maybe I just came up with a new website idea! I came across a contender in www.IM4Radio.com but am looking for others.

Yes, I considered. The price was reasonable but we were only going to reach a couple of hundred listeners a week. No telling how many were repeats.
