I'm looking for an ad network that with either a javascript code or something similar to be able to automatically parse keywords from my articles into a text link to advertisers? Is it possible or am I just imagining things?

I think clicksor does this. Another too, but I can't think of it off the top of my head.

But since they don't grasp word usage and if the ad relates, I don't CTR will be very high.

Just because someone types the word "website" on your site doesn't necessarily mean an SEO link should appear.which is what usually happens.
