Default A webpage designed for the contrast sensitve

This is a medical website on an eye condition called Eye Floaters. Since it is a medical website, especially a website on visual condition, I have tried to make it contrast sensitive friendly after receiving an e-mail from a contrast sensitive person.
It also has a dark background for reasons explained in the FAQ section :)

I also tried to avoid using illegimate text (any font under the size of 12px I consider illegimate). Therefore, on my new (controversial) satire website I have set the default font at 14 for this website. HTTP://WWW.GEOCITIES.COM/STWWEBSITE
