Software recommendations for doing tutorials or demos?

Hi,

My site is geared towards selling software.

I would very much like to give my visitors some sort of vidoe (with sound) demonstration of our software.

I've seen this sort of demo on many sites and it is really good to allow you to show your software.

Question:
Anyone got any recommendations on which software to use?
