Default Support of sessions on non-visual browsers

This question struck me as one to which I couldn't find an answer...

I'm considering on using sessions in some parts of my site that has been created with heavy emphasis on usability and accessibility.

Are sessions supported in current non-visual browsers, braille readers etc.?

Any experiences or knowledge or would you know a site from which I could read about the matter?

Yours truly and thankful of any insights,

Niko Holopainen
