Default Backlink in such a pr7 web, may be of little value.
High pr web example like:
http://XXXXXXXXXX.com/index.php?showtopic=244454

I think though if such a web's pr is 7, the backlink in there maybe of little value. Because "index.php" contains scores of thousands of sub-pages and links there.
