One of my favorite movies for mistakes is Showdown in Little Tokyo with Dolph Lundgren and Brandon Lee. They have the nicest bad guys in that movie. They move their feet out of the way for Dolph and help lower themselves to the ground - when they're "dead". There are SOOO many mistakes in that movie, but then I don't watch it for the mistakes ;)
