There is a home listed in The Sunshine Coast Free Classifieds at
www.coastguild.com - once you have the page prepped on your site (which could easily be something like
www.gnomeshollow.com/house (inside the directory "house" - in your public_html folder - call the page with the house listing "index.html" and browsers will default there) - add the link to the Real Estate Classifieds.
Right now if you type in "Gibsons BC for sale by owner" you get:
http://www.google.ca/search?q=gibson...-1&hl=en&meta=
That listing is #3 or 4... there's someone in every day using that term or something quite similar.
