I own a streaming internet radio station

Our current streaming provider is
www.live365.com and we have been up since September 03. We are currently listened to in over 40 countries and received the 2004 Political Station of the Year.
We think we may increase our listenership and the amount of time they listen if we do it on demand.
Do you have any tips for us?
