I have a question, actually several..

I want to create a discussion forum for poetry, now, what I need is a :
1. User registration form
2. form to enter the particular poem
3. form for comments
4. table of index.

What I want to know is:
1. what would be the best way to do this using frontpage and javascript (i'm not very clued up in either, but it's all i know)

2. where can i possibly find examples on this
3. will everything work (with frontpage server extensions), if not what else should i do¿
