Glad the advice you got from the forum has been helpful.
Any GOOD 3rd party affiliate tracking software will work with any cart. DirectTrack and MyAp are considered the top 2. If they are too pricey there are some other much lower cost options that are good on my site.
Dedicated affiliate software will always have better options included for affiliates than an add-on module like Miva. Affiliates also want to know you have a tried and trusted solution and if you get one of the top 2 above chances are they will be familiar with it so it will be easier for them to use.
