Hi,

You've used very nice colours for your site and the mechanical aspects of it are great. I can't find any fault in those parts (not that I'm an expert).

The News tab, however, doesn't sit well with me. I'm not sure what is 'news' per se and what is just put there in the absence of a more suitable location. It's not clear what "frequently asked questions about legal matters" has to do with news. Also, it's not clear what "searching for you with our new property alerts our new property alerts system" has to do with news.

Then you've got the 'News Categories' with clumps of vaguely connected consumer profiles. I really don't think these belong in a News section. News is news -- period. This page detracts from the lustre of the remainder of your website as it displays a certain ad-hoc character overall.
