Google started reading the text inside the flash files (long back I suppose). So, just create flash files as you optimize html pages.
About the hidden text you are referring ...
this is not hidden text. This is comments. Use of this is permitted, unless you don't over do it. but always suggest use it for the purpose intended. like ... etc.
