I guess it would be a logistical nightmare for any search engine to have to deal with spam case by case.

What gets me though, is that this particualar example doesn't seem all that sophisticated and I would guess that it would be one of the oldest tricks in the spammer books but yet the Google algorithm does not yet deal with it.
