I have a client who's name and host used to be owned by their former webmaster. We spent much time and energy getting their domain registered in their name and getting them away from that host. I have emailed Alexa at least three times with the new contact info. I have put an info.txt file on their website for Alexa to refer to...and NO RESPONSE! Its really annoying. The contact info is totally wrong and I don't seem to be able to affect it.

Anyone have any suggestions?
