2. Colors that hurt your eyes
3. Hit counters on the pages
4. Moving text
5. Links going to other sites at the top of the page
6. Banners all over the home page.
7. Not understanding what your customer needs
8. No contact information any where on the site.
9. Making your customer log in to look at your site.
This could go on forever.
