I've been getting a lot of email and postal spams due to the info in my whois record. I'd recommend putting a space on both sides of the @ in your listed email address, or change it to one that is a permanent junk email shredder.

Also put a different, backup contact postal address. That way you don't have to deal with their pseudo-bills.
