Help!

I am in the process of developing an online store using oscommerce, but my current host has many of the key php functions necessary for proper functioning and administration disabled (running php in safe mode?)

I want a windows server that I have configuration control over. php and mysql support, ssl support.

Anyone developing/has developed an oscommerce store that could recommend a hosting company, one that is "developer-friendly" instead of "12-yr old publishing a canned website with front page" friendly (no offense meant) that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
