Okay, all issues aside, I personally use globat.com for my host. I have used them for about a year, and they have been awesome. I have called them a few times when I have made a blunder and they fix it up right away, and I have used their live chat support a few times and the response is always quick and curteous. Plus it is cheap for what you get, my main reason for using them.
