iam currently writing a paper on ways of evaluating a large supermarkets ecommerce strategy. does anyone know of any ways i can do this, are there any set tools and techniques you can apply to evalauting a companies online strategy, iam not just talking about how good their website looks etc, but their actual strategy, are there ways of looking at a compnay and its websites and determinign this???
