Here is a search on HotScripts for "Sitemap". They have several applications that can generate sitemaps. Most are free.
While you most likely won't have a problem with most of the scripts, it
might be better to use pure standards-compliant hand-written html, though. No javascript, dynamic links, or other stumbling blocks for your users or spiders to overcome.
